Welcome to Olympia. I just moved to Seattle from Philly, but I used to live in Oly--it's a (uniquely) neat town. I used to know some people there who blew glass, but I have been out of touch for so long I would not even know wherewhen to begin finding them...

You might have some luck asking around TESC of SPSCC--maybe on a bulletin board. Also, there is a stained-glass place on the west side (I think that's where it is); I cannot recall the name, but the lady who runs Olympia Art & Frame on Harrison (near the bicycle shop) referred me there, recently, and she seemed to know them well--had business cards and everything. There is also a glass shop downtown, just off of State street, that might know someone who does what you are looking for. But I am sure someone at one or both of the colleges would know.
